Pawsitively Pretty Dresses
My dresses are made for toy breed dogs (a dear friend has a lovely Maltese girl who models for me that you can see near the bottom of this page). I make simple sundresses to more elaborate dresses with layers of frilly petticoats and lace all around. If the dresses have lace or other embellishments there is always an additional layer of soft fabric so nothing itchy or irritating will be against the dog's skin or coat.
I enjoy making holiday dresses for dressing up for Easter, Christmas, St Patrick's Day, Valentine's Day, Independence Day, etc and can make panties to match for most dresses.

Pink Floral "knit"
The dresses that say "knit" after the brief description are stretch knit on the top and have cotton or cotton blend skirts. You can also see the underside of the orange one to show the skirt part is cut away to allow for freedom of movement and potty trips with no accidental wetting of garment.

The 2 dresses below are from the same pattern so the underside of the Shamrock dress is just like the Salmon dress. The closure is with velcro in the center of the chest.

These dresses beginning with the blue gingham and going down to where the puppies are playing tug of war are all from the same pattern. Some have petticoats, lace, eyelet, appliqués or bows. All have velcro closures at the neck front and under the chest.
